Meet the Team:
Gary, Producer, and Host
As a former professional soccer player and coach, I'm dedicated to empowering the next generation of female athletes. Through my podcast, I'll share the inspiring stories of unsung heroes in women's soccer, giving a voice to those often overlooked. My mission is to foster a more inclusive and equitable environment for women in sports.
Bio: State champion high school and former pro soccer player in Belize. Gary returned to the sport he loved after spending too much time away post career. His passion was reignited after coaching the Bethlehem Special Olympics soccer team to silver medals in the state championships. Currently a Big Brother for the Lehigh Valley Big Brother/Big Sister program. Having always championed LGBTQIA+, human, and animal rights, helping the sport of women soccer grow was a perfect fit as an extension of his beliefs. Not only returned to the sport but decided during the pandemic to finish his college degree in Sports Management. Created Soccer Over Gotham podcast to be an outlet for his ambitions. Fell in love with the production of the show and switched his major to Communications. He is set to graduate March 2025.
