Gotham FC is set to take the pitch this summer in a groundbreaking tournament! The National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) and LIGA MX Femenil have joined forces for the first-ever NWSL x LIGA MX Femenil Summer Cup, featuring some of the best women's soccer teams from the United States and Mexico.
Here's what you need to know to cheer on Gotham FC:
Gotham FC's Group Stage Opponents:
Chicago Red Stars (NWSL): This match kicks off on the road at SeatGeek Stadium on Saturday, July 20th at 5:00 PM ET.
Washington Spirit (NWSL): This home game takes place at Subaru Park in Chester, PA on Sunday, July 28th at 6:00 PM ET.
Chivas de Guadalajara (LIGA MX Femenil): This home game takes place at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ on Friday, August 2nd at 8:00 PM ET.
Should Gotham FC Advance:
Semi- Finals: will be held back to back at CPKC stadium on Tuesday, August 6th at 5:00 PM and 9 PM ET.
Final: will be held at Toyota Field in San Antonio, TX on Friday October 25th, time TBD.
How to Watch:
English Language Broadcast: All 33 Summer Cup games will be streamed live on Paramount+. CBS Sports Network and CBS Sports Golazo Network will also simulcast select matches, including some of Gotham FC's games. TUDN, the sports programming branch of Spanish-language network Univision, will air three group stage matches while NWSL+ will serve as the Spanish-language home for the remaining group stage matches in the U.S.
