Gotham travels to Tacoma Washington in Saturday at 4pm to take on the Ol Reign on Paramount Plus. Here are some keys to the matchup.

Midge on a mission. We're all devastated that midge was left off the Olympic roster. She deserves to be there. Lynn Williams, who was left as an alternate on the Olympic roster made a statement against Louisville scoring two goals and showing why she feels slighted. Athletes at this level are super competitive. Events like this don't deter athletes like Midge. It fuels them to reach new heights. I'm shaking in my cleats if I'm an Ol Reign defender. I'm expecting Purce to be on a mission and show everyone why she deserves to be there.

Ol Reign without it's stars. Rose Lavelle and Megan Rapinoe although kept off the score sheet wreaked havoc against the defensively solid Gotham in Harrison. Rose is still out with injury and Megan didn't play on Wednesday. Although the Reign beat a talented Chicago team mid week,

it's a different story playing against gotham's defensive structure without those two stars. I expect Gotham to continue to boss the middle of the park and pretty comfortably walk away winners here.

What will gotham's attack look like? It's possible that without Paige we might see a similar setup to last have but with Purce at right wing. We also could see Onumonu up top, with Lee underneath and Purce and Kawasumi on the wings. Freya has used multiple combinations in the attack. It speaks to the depth this team has. We also might see Pinto getting her first start. But it's a mystery. We are still looking for that consistent goal threat. Who's going to step up and be that threat? Stay tuned.

Prediction: 2-0 Gotham on the road.
